Putting District 4 First.

Experienced leadership. Local roots. A commitment to our neighborhoods and our future.

The Journey

It's been a
journey home.

I was born and raised in these neighborhoods. I learned to fish off these shores, went to school down the street, and I'm raising my own family here today. District 4 isn't a constituency to me — it's home.

Like the ʻiwa that guides sailors safely back to land, leadership means knowing the way home — and bringing everyone with you.

Across years of public service, I've stayed grounded in the same belief: that government should work for the people who live here, protect what makes this place special, and never lose sight of the families who call it home.

Where I Stand

Priorities for our
neighborhoods.

The issues I hear about at the grocery store, the beach park, and on the doorstep — and exactly what I'll do about them.

Working families are being priced out of the neighborhoods they grew up in. I'll fight to keep local kamaʻāina here — protecting against speculation, supporting attainable housing near transit, and holding the line on the fees and taxes that squeeze household budgets.
Safe streets and safe beaches are the foundation of everything else. I'll back our first responders with the resources they need, invest in lighting and traffic calming where residents have asked for it, and take a compassionate but firm approach to homelessness.
From potholes to drainage to aging sewer lines, District 4 deserves infrastructure that's maintained before it fails. I'll push for a transparent repair schedule and fight for our fair share of capital dollars.
Our shoreline is our identity. I'll champion coastal resilience, clean water, and access to the parks and beaches that make this district extraordinary — so the next generation inherits them better than we found them.
Our small businesses are the heart of every neighborhood. I'll cut the red tape that holds them back, support local entrepreneurs, and keep our commercial corridors vibrant and walkable.
